We are a trainer, tailoring programs designed specifically for you by taking all the guess work out of what to do and been there in every one of your training sessions to help you with technique, help you achieve your goals, help you with nutrition, make healthier choices and hold you accountable.

In your first session we find out more about you, injuries, medications ect. Measurements and weighing and photos - this is a great way to see your progress if weightloss is your aim. If you are just wanting to move better then it's optional if you want measurements/weighing. We will go through all your goals and come up with a plan to achieve them.
