This is a great combo.! You get 1x 45minute personal training session a week, PLUS 1x 45 minute small group training per week. A direct debit payment of $70 will be paid every week for a total of 8 weeks. By having these two training sessions a week, it's a great way to keep you moving, if you find that you spend most of your days sitting. By doing your solo PT session, you are trained within your own fitness levels and each training session is designed just for you. When it comes to the group training session, this is a great way to have encouragement from other participants. This program runs for 8 weeks.
