Service Description

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a mat using body weight, a ball, small weights or resistance bands. Pilates promotes strength, stability and flexibility, leaving you feeling relaxed and balanced. For all fitness levels. Every class is low impact and done at your own pace. Tuesdays 10:00am
