Service Description
In this class you will learn how to engage and use your core strength in a circuit style setting. This is a great class to not only use your outer abdominal wall but learn to use and strengthen your transverse abdominis. The exercises are all timed and you will have a series of exercises to go through. You will not only work your core but your legs, glutes, chest and arms. It is a cardio workout you never knew you wanted! All workouts can be modified to suit each individuals fitness levels and capabilites. All workouts are done at your own pace. Tuesdays at 9:30am
