Lets be honest, most of us don't enjoy exercising on our own. Pushing ourselves and putting a 100% into a training session when we are on our own is hard to do. Investing in personal training can be expensive if doing it alone and you may be someone who doesn't enjoy large, choregraphed group classes. In other words grab a friend or meet new ones and exercise together! Training with a friend/ others can make it more fun, you have accountability, you can encourage eachother to keep going and the best part is you get to split the costs... BONUS!
