Small group training is a great way to help keep you motivated and having encouragement from others and helps to keep you going. All classes are between 6 and 8 members per class. Having smaller groups helps the trainer help you with technique and also it helps you make some new friends and to always feel included. Mat pilates -  Tuesdays at 10:00am

Sub30core - Tuesdays 9:30am 

Boxfit - Thursdays at 9:45am 

Circuit mix - Saturday mornings at 9am
